Information about enquiries. The data controller's identity and retention policy still need to be added.
Data and purpose
The form collects your name and email and, if you choose to provide them, your profile or main social account and whether you are starting out or already have OnlyFans. It also records your statement that you are at least 18 and your acceptance of this policy. This information is used to reply to you and assess your enquiry. The age confirmation is a statement, not a document check.
How enquiries are processed
Netlify is planned to host the website and process the form request, and Resend to send the enquiry email to the NYXA mailbox on Google Workspace (contact@nyxacreators.com), where it is reviewed. These integrations are not connected yet. Once they are, these providers will take part in processing the data; sending the form will not be an exclusive communication between your browser and NYXA.
The calculator runs in your browser and does not send its figures. The website does not store your answers in localStorage or sessionStorage: they stay in memory while you complete the form.
Questions about your data
You can email the address below to ask about the processing of your data or request access, correction or deletion. The controller's legal identity, legal basis, retention periods and full details of rights and providers still need to be completed. This is not yet a final policy.
